03 · From their range to your shop

Four steps, then it keeps itself up to date.

  1. 1Connect

Your account number and email with the supplier. Browsing works before you do.

  2. 2Browse

Their whole range by category, brand or words, with “Not yet in my shop” and “In stock 100+”.

  3. 3Import

Tick the styles, set the choices once for all of them, and see what each becomes before one button adds them.

  4. 4It follows

Stock and cost sync every night, and your price rule re-prices the blanks for you.

04 · Your price rule

Their cost moves. Your prices follow your rule.

Set how a blank is priced from its cost once. When the supplier’s cost changes, the rule re-prices it; a big rise waits for your yes.

Four ways to priceMultiply, margin %, a fixed add or a set price, with rounding.
Ask me over N %A bigger rise waits with the old price still live.
Never lowerA falling cost can leave your price where it is.

05 · Every night, in plain words

You hear what changed, not a spreadsheet.

Each night the supplier’s stock, cost and colours are read and your shop follows. The log says what happened in your words, and anything that needs you lands in Today.

06 · Two suppliers, one product

The same hoodie from two suppliers is one product.

A style you already sell from one supplier, matched by brand and style code, adds the second as another source. Their colour names are matched to yours once, and the answer sticks.

FAQ

About supplier catalogues

Not answered here? Write to us and a person from the shop-floor team replies within a working day.

Which suppliers can I connect?

Ralawise, PenCarrie and L-Shop-Team connect directly. PromoStandards covers SanMar and most US suppliers. Any other supplier comes in by CSV upload.

Do I need an account with the supplier?

Not to browse. To see your own prices and buy, connect with your account number and email with that supplier.

Will my prices change on their own?

Only by the rule you set. A rise bigger than your limit waits for your yes with the old price live, “never lower” keeps a price when cost falls, and sent quotes and accepted orders never move.

What if a supplier stops a colour I sell?

It is hidden on your site, the nearest live colour is suggested, and you are told. Your other colours, prices and sites don’t move.

Can I buy from them in the back office?

Yes. Approved orders ask for their blanks, and purchase orders are batched by supplier. See Buying & stock on the back-office page.
