01What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name and email address and, where you choose to give them, your phone number, company name and the message you write. The form also records which page you sent it from, so we can answer with the right context.

We run no advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site and set no cookies of our own. Your light or dark theme choice is kept in your own browser and never sent to us.

02Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a demonstration if you asked for one, and to answer questions about pricing or setup. We use it for the conversation you started and for nothing else.

Sending an enquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Subscribing to the blog is a separate, deliberate step, and you can stop it at any time by replying to any message we send.

03Who can see it

The people at A1Printsoft who answer enquiries. Your message reaches us by email, so it passes through our email provider in the ordinary way email does.

We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We would disclose them only if the law required it.

04How long we keep it

While the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we recognise you if you come back. Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

05Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@a1printsoft.com and we will answer within a working week.

You do not have to give us anything to read this site. The forms are the only place we ask, and every field beyond your email address is optional.

06Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are rate limited to keep automated abuse down. No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything confidential, such as passwords, card details or customer lists, through a web form.

07Other sites

Where we link to another company, such as an ecommerce platform, a supplier or a payment provider, that company's own privacy policy applies once you leave this site.

08The A1Printsoft app

Signing in to A1Printsoft takes you to the app, which has its own cookies and its own terms: see the cookie policy, the terms of service and, for your customers' data, the data processing agreement.

09Changes

If we start collecting something new, or begin using analytics, this page will say so before it happens, not after. Questions go to hello@a1printsoft.com.
